Dale Shorter has been the Senior Pastor of Harvest for 10 years, Before becoming Senior Pastor, Dale was Youth Pastor and then the Associate Pastor . Pastor Shorter and his wife, Gilda graduated from South- western Assembly of God University.  Dale and Gilda have 2 children, Dayla, who recently graduated from Southwestern with honors and Dayton who is currently attending College.
